Quiet Hours 10pm - 8am. Please be respectful of our neighbors. But please be respectful before and after quiet hours as well. Thank you.
No parties. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the stay, without any refund. Booking guest(s) and unauthorized individuals will be removed from the property by law enforcement. Booking guest(s) will be charged a $100 penalty per unauthorized person. An unauthorized person is anyone not part of the booking party. Day guests are also not allowed.
No smoking, vaping, use of cigarette, cigar or chewing of tobacco indoors. A $600 fine WILL be imposed.
No parking in the street overnight at any time of the year and no parking in the street at all from October thru end of April.
No animals (including Emotional Support Animals) allowed except registered service animals.
No drugs including but not limited to: Cannabis (Marijuana) • Cocaine • MOMA/Ecstasy • GHB • Hallucinogens • Heroin/Methamphetamine. Law enforcement will be notified if usage or possession of drugs is found.
No illegal downloading. Offenders may face fines or jail
CHECK-IN: 3:00 PM CHECK OUT: 11:00 AM Please refer to additional charges for early check-in and late check-out. All personal belongings may be removed from the unit to be placed in a storage unit at up to $100 per day.
NO Snow boots, poles, skis, snowboards or other ski or winter equipment in the house. There are racks and storage for these items inside the garage
No commercial video shoots on-premises.
Max capacity - 11 people. All guests must register and no exceptions will be made on this.
No person under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol may use the hot tub. Swim-suits mandatory. Pregnant women and those with health-related illnesses should consult with a doctor before using the hot tub. No sexual relations in the hot tub - Violation of this rule will result in a $1,000 fine (we will have to clean and sanitize the entire hot tub). Please be considerate.
Please do not turn thermostats above 75 degrees. Above 75 could damage the floors as we use radiant heat (in-floor heating).
